Mrs. Claus hosts a cookie party at Fruitland Park Library

‘Twas weeks before Christmas, and children were all around — for Mrs. Claus had made a visit to town.

The Fruitland Park Library hosted two Christmas-themed events for children and their families to enjoy Wednesday with the first lady of the holiday season.

The library opened with its Cookies with Mrs. Claus event in the morning, where around a dozen children and their families were treated with cookie decorating kits and a story read by Mrs. Claus.
